The course aims
The adoption of the methodology and skills necessary for planning, building, testing and implementation of information systems in operation and maintenance.
Content
LECTURES: Analysis of requirements to resources. Prediction availability, capacity and scalability. Risk management. Creating a timetable and monitoring the execution of the project. Integration with other systems. Parameterization system. Preparation of the test (Eng. Staging) environment for the introduction of the system. Creating test documentation. Documentation on the acceptability of performance. Preparation of user documentation and documentation for maintenance. Preparation support system (helpdesk), how to manage changes and determine the level of response (SLA). Evaluating the success of the project through certification and customer satisfaction surveys. EXERCISE: Introduction to templates for creating documents by the IMF and prepare for their completion. The first meeting of the project team, getting to know the user; sketching test documentation and documentation on the admissibility of completion of performance of introducing the system. Preparation support system (helpdesk), change management and determined the level of response (SLA). Analysis of the work, the implementation of the evaluation of customer satisfaction, creating corrective measures. Introduction to the work environment / portal team that contains templates of documents. Creating a basic project documents. Creating user and test documentation, testing modules or entire solutions, updating timetable, development of the acceptability of performance. Documentation system for support and development of SLA documents. Making customer satisfaction surveys.
