Knowledge catalogue was prepared in respect to SOCRATES recommendations in a way that relevant accreditation criterions for applied IT studies (i.e. ABET, ASIIN) were respected.
PERSONAL skills and knowledge:
- Presentation of information, ideas, problems and solutions to the users and team members

BASIC skills and knowledge:
- Use of English language in professional communication and when searching information and knowledge in literature.
- Ability to use mathematics as a tool to solve engineering problems
- Ability to use techniques, skills and modern engineering tools in practice
- Use of ordinary program tools and applications when preparing documents, tables, presentations and calculations
- Knowledge and understanding of company function in market economy and understanding basics of organization and management sciences
- Detailed understanding and knowledge of project management techniques
- Understanding the basics of PC networks
POFESSIONAL skills and knowledge:
- Programming and design of complex applications in object oriented program languages. Understanding of distributed applications paradigm, SOA and component programming.
- Ability to work as a member of project team when complex applications and IT solutions are produced
- Basic knowledge of IT security and data protection in the process of software development
- Use of standard algorithms, data structures and patterns in programming
- Knowledge of database concepts, knowledge of development and protection of complex databases on Microsoft and Oracle platforms
- Knowledge and understanding on Planning, Design and Management of IT systems in accordance with current methodologies (COBIT, MOF, ITIL…)
- Knowledge and understanding of structure and development patterns when dealing with IT systems in business (i.e. ERP, CRM, SMS…) and Business intelligence systems (i.e. OLAP, data mining…)
- Understanding the basics of PC architecture
- Understanding the basics of IT revision
