Knowledge catalogue was prepared in respect to SOCRATES recommendations in a way that relevant accreditation criterions for applied IT studies (i.e. ABET, ASIIN) were respected.
PERSONAL skills and knowledge:

POFESSIONAL skills and knowledge:
- Understanding digital electronics and computer architecture
- Understanding of functioning and architecture of operating systems
- Understanding of development, installation, maintenance and protection of computer databases
- Understanding of computer networks and network protocols
- Planning, implementation and maintenance of server and client operation systems on MS Windows and Linux / Unix platform in complex multiuser environment
- Development, implementation, maintenance and use of security measures and policies and admission control systems. Knowledge and understanding of security standards and legal framework
- Knowledge and understanding on Planning, Design and Management of IT systems in accordance with current methodologies (COBIT, MOF, ITIL…)
- Knowledge and understanding of structure and implementation techniques for IT systems in business (i.e. ERP, CRM, SMS…) and Business intelligence systems (i.e. OLAP, data mining…)
- Understanding of communication systems and collaboration platforms in modern business (mail servers, IP telephony, collaboration systems…)
- Understanding the basics of IT revision
